What it does

What your agent can do with Polymarket

What does the market think the odds are. An agent that can answer that with a number has a forecast signal to weigh against polling, punditry and the user’s own hunch. That is what https://mcp.scrapersocial.com/polymarket provides, and it provides exactly one thing.

This spoke has no capability tools, only the two generic ones. list_endpoints is free and reports a single path, /v1/polymarket/markets. call_endpoint runs it: pass a query such as an election, a company name or an event, and it returns the matching markets with their current odds, 1 credit per market. There is no profile tool and no comments tool because the platform has nothing of that shape worth exposing. An agent that calls list_endpoints first will find the path and the parameter it needs without any prompting from you.

Polymarket is a prediction market, not a social network, and ScraperSocial treats it the way it treats any public web page: the price of a contract is public information worth reading, and people ask agents “what are the chances” more often than they ask for a tweet. Odds land in the identical { data, meta, request_id } shape the rest of the hub uses, so a research agent can set them beside news coverage and social sentiment in a single answer.

Read-only, indicative, and not a trading tool. Say so when your agent surfaces a number.

Four jobs it finishes on its own

01

Odds as context for a question

When a user asks whether something will happen, the agent fetches the matching markets and reports the current price alongside its own reasoning. It makes the answer honest about uncertainty rather than confident by default.

02

Compare the market with the commentary

Pull the odds and the latest headlines on the same topic, then let the model note where the market and the press disagree. Those gaps are the interesting part of any forecast discussion.

03

Track how a question moves

Query the same market daily and store the price yourself. The endpoint returns current listings only, so the time series is something you build from repeated calls, at 1 credit each.

04

Scan what is being traded on a theme

A query for a sector or an event returns every open market that matches, which is a fast way to see which questions people are putting money on.

What this does not do

Written by a person, not generated. If something here is wrong, tell us.

One endpoint and current listings only. There is no order book, no trade history, no per-market price series and no position data; you get the markets that match a query and their odds right now. Nothing executes: the server can’t place, cancel or fund a trade, and no wallet is involved. Cached odds can be a little stale; setting fresh in call_endpoint goes upstream for the same 1 credit. Twenty markets come back unless you set a limit, fifty is the hard cap, and the cursor field in meta leads to the rest. Matching nothing still costs 1 credit. And a market price is a price, not a prediction from an authority, so none of it is financial advice.

Tools

2 tools, and one endpoint behind them

Polymarket has one endpoint, so there is nothing to wrap. list_endpoints tells the agent the path; call_endpoint runs it at the endpoint's own price.

Questions

Before you connect

How much does it cost to read the odds? #

1 credit per market returned; a call returns 20 markets unless you set limit, and 50 is the most. A hundred free credits means a hundred markets before you pay; the $5 plan adds a thousand a month.

Are the odds live? #

They may be cached. Set fresh and the call reads upstream instead, no extra charge, and still treat the number as indicative rather than an execution price.

Can my agent place a bet through this? #

No. ScraperSocial is read-only everywhere, and this server has no write path of any kind. Anything transactional happens on Polymarket itself.

Why are there no capability tools on this spoke? #

The capability tools wrap roles that recur across platforms, such as profiles and comments. A market listing is specific to this one, so it lives behind list_endpoints and call_endpoint, which is the normal route for anything not wrapped.

Is ScraperSocial associated with Polymarket? #

No. ScraperSocial is independent, has no affiliation with Polymarket, offers no financial advice, and reads public market data only.
