What it does

What your agent can do with Kwai

Kwai has a large audience across Brazil, the rest of Latin America and South Asia, and almost no coverage from Western data tools. Creators who matter in São Paulo are invisible to a dashboard built around TikTok and Instagram. This server closes that gap in a small way: three endpoints, every one of them 2 credits.

Feed get_profile a creator URL or handle and it hands back the public profile: followers, bio, totals. get_channel_posts lists that creator’s latest videos, each with its own numbers, at 2 credits a post and a maximum of 50 per page. The third endpoint, a single post by URL, isn’t a named tool but is one call_endpoint away at /v1/kwai/post for 2 credits; list_endpoints shows all three with their inputs and is free.

Typical use is cross-platform: an agent building a creator profile that spans TikTok, Instagram and Kwai, or a brand checking whether a creator’s Kwai following is as real as their pitch deck claims. Don’t treat Kwai as a TikTok mirror. The platforms share a format and little else, and a creator’s numbers on one say nothing about the other. With 100 credits free at signup you can look up fifty profiles before deciding whether this spoke earns a place in your workflow.

Four jobs it finishes on its own

01

Fill the Kwai row in a creator brief

Agencies pitching into Brazil or Indonesia get asked about Kwai. A profile call answers the follower question; a posts call shows recent videos and how they did. Two credits each, and the brief is complete.

02

Check a creator's claimed reach

A media kit says 2 million Kwai followers. One profile call confirms or corrects it. A page of recent posts then shows whether the views line up with that audience.

03

Watch a creator's output

An agent that calls get_channel_posts weekly and keeps the new videos builds a posting log with metrics. That works for creators you can't otherwise follow from outside the app.

04

Look up one video

Paste a Kwai video URL and call_endpoint with /v1/kwai/post returns that post's record for 2 credits. Handy when a link arrives in a message. You find out who posted it and how it did without opening the app.

What this does not do

Written by a person, not generated. If something here is wrong, tell us.

Three public reads and nothing else: no search, so you need a URL or a handle to start; no comments, no transcripts, no summaries, no media download. A private account is reported as not found, with no deduction. get_channel_posts returns at most 50 posts per call at 2 credits each, with a 1-credit floor on any successful call. Profile fields are whatever Kwai publishes for a logged-out visitor, which varies by account. Following, liking and commenting aren’t possible; this is a reader.

Questions

Before you connect

Do I need a Kwai account? #

No. Only a ScraperSocial key is needed, and only public profiles and posts are read.

Can I search Kwai by keyword? #

You can't. Kwai has no search endpoint in this catalog, so start from a creator handle, a profile URL or a video URL.

Is this Kuaishou's official API? #

No. ScraperSocial operates independently and has no affiliation with Kwai or Kuaishou Technology. Public data only.

Can I transcribe a Kwai video? #

No. Transcripts are available on the TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X spokes, but the Kwai catalog has no transcript or summary endpoint.

What does everything cost? #

Two credits, whether it's a profile, a post in a listing, or a single video lookup.
